我们班的同学在上小学的时候就开始学习外语了，而我现在才从ABC学起。石老师教我们外语，有一次她让我们给她写自己存在的困难，我抱着试一试的态度，把自己对外语的困惑告诉了老师。没想到老师非常重视，她让我去她家补课，我也很努力地背单词，居然每次考单词，我的分都会很高。每当我有一点进步，老师就当着全班同学的面夸奖我，我知道老师的用心良苦。

一次放学，我和石老师同时往校门口走。老师问我：郭孟竹，你们家是不是离这儿很远？我莫名地紧张，因为我本能地怕老师，于是我笼里笼统地说：还可以。随后就匆匆地溜走了。

一天课间，老师突然坐到我前边的椅子上对我说：郭孟竹，我想了一下，你天天中午来回地跑很辛苦，我跟潘老师商量过了，她中午也在这里吃饭，你以后早晨把饭带上，中午用微波炉热一下就可以吃

了。而且中午在学校多睡一会儿就不用赶车了。

老师在繁忙的工作中还想着我这个并不是很优秀的学生，我发觉老师不是我想像中的那么凶。我的心在感动。

又过了一段时间，石老师干脆让我中午去她们家休息，她担心我中午在学校的课桌上趴，休息不好。当时正是夏天，我睡起来之后，看到老师已经把绿豆汤放在了桌子上，她亲切地说：郭孟竹，把这个喝了，夏天喝点绿豆汤好。我当时只觉得有点想哭，我凭什么这样受老师的呵护呀？午休只有一个小时，老师的睡眠一直不好，而且经常有家长中午打电话，老师要备课，做家务，接电话，还要照顾我，她怎么能顾得过来呢？

跟老师熟悉之后才知道老师家在永宁，丈夫不在身边，她一个人又要上班，又要带孩子，本来就十分辛苦，还添了我这个累赘。

初中时我在班里的个头并不算低，但每次调座位时我都坐在前边，尤其是在初三，我的印象里一直坐在第一排。老师怕我上课听不好，跟不上，所以总是把我调到前边。

在老师的关心和帮助下，我的学习逐渐好了起来，初一第二学期赶到了中间。可是我的耐力较差，环境熟悉了，学习竟不够专注了。

初二的时候我的同桌是个很顽皮的男孩，我经常在课上和他说话，我的学习成绩也直线下滑。石老师要检查背诵英语课文，我一篇都不会背，老师非常生气，说了我两句。我记得那天傍晚我是哭着回家的。因为石老师从没有那么生气，我觉得自己对不起老师。

上了初三，有一段时间我又很活跃，石老师经常提醒我，我却觉得老师好像总是盯着我。中考成绩下来了，那天我没有去学校。第二天早晨我还在睡梦中，老师突然打来电话，说我考得挺好的，让我这个假期出去跟同学玩玩，不要闷在家里，开心一点，不要有负担。我当时并不明白石老师为什么要说这些话。上了高中之后，我才知道我们那个班几乎考得都比我高。我那天下午没有去学校是因为不知道成绩已经到了学校，而石老师以为我知道自己考得比别人低，心里难受没有去学校，所以早晨打电话来安慰我。直到毕业的那一天石老师还是那么地关心我，我又一次想哭，要不是老师那样关心我，抓我、带我，我怕是考不上高中的。想起来心里愧疚、感激，难以平静。

我上了高一，石老师重新带初一。听说还是那么尽职尽责。老师为学生解开心结，学生的心中她是最伟大的老师。
