今天我演讲的题目是：理想……
他的头顶有着万人瞩目的光芒，他是一个执着追梦的歌者，过于平凡的家庭背景，靠天赋和起劲获得快乐男声第四名，仿佛成功就在眼前了。之后苛刻的对待和放弃摧毁了一颗热爱唱歌的心，贫困拮据的生活带给他的是对家庭、对父母的愧疚，而不能在舞台上歌唱则真正伤害了张杰的心。每个人都懂得珍惜青春，却又有几人能为了理想重头再来?在这个平凡和平的年代从头为我们诠释了“顶着合约纠纷、绯闻压力和种种的不理解和责难，简简单单从头开始，他起劲测验考试着各种形式的歌曲。记得曾经读到过这么一篇文章：他的梦想是成为歌手;他的梦想是唱响全美;他的梦想是成为全能的音乐家;他的梦想是成为世界级的音乐大师。他就是西方近代音乐之父——昆西，琼斯。是理想，召唤着他，鞭策着他，让他不断努力，不断进取，从一个无名小卒逐步成长起来，最后功成名就，成为大师。理想能够召唤行动，让人成功。因此，作为祖国未来的接班人的我们。
字右边有一双翅膀”我们就可以自由的飞翔，有了这一双翅膀，我们就有了冲破云霄的力量。天才是百分之的灵感“加百分之九十九的汗水，罗马并非一日造成。成功并非一蹴而就”要实现自己的理想，就必须付出自己辛勤的汗水。春华秋实，只有努力，才能收获。在学术上“凡古今中外”爱因斯坦花了整整七年的时间，建立起了相对论的理论基础。而爱迪生为了寻找做电灯灯丝的材料，通宵达旦地工作，摘录了4万多页资料。试验过1600多种矿物和6000多种植物，最后使电灯发出耀眼的光芒。
梦里走了许多路“醒来还是在床上，他形象地告诉了我们一个道理”人不能躺在梦幻式的理想中生活，还要大胆幻想，但更要努力去做。记得我在本书上看到过一个故事：一个国王要给最有贡献的人颁奖。上来了个医生，他在疾病流行期间，曾救过9999个病人。国王摇了摇头。上来了一位诗人，他说，他的诗和李白、杜甫不分上下。国王依然摇了摇头。许多人都陆续登上台，可没有一人获奖，沮丧地离开。突然，一位年过六旬的老人拉着一位小孩，并拿着一本厚厚的课本走上台她亲切地对国王说：祖国和春天“到处都是花红柳绿，累累的果实需要园丁去培养。
没有暗礁，激不起美丽的浪花;彩虹，经过雷电击战后出现;理想，经过与困难搏斗才能诞生。教师是种伟大而神圣的职业，是塑造人类灵魂的工程师。罗国杰也曾称赞过教师，他说：教师好比一支蜡烛，不断地燃烧、消耗着自己，照亮着别人前进的道路;又像一根粉笔，散播着智慧的种子，把知识传授给别人，而渐渐磨损着自己;又像一只梯子，让人踩着自己的肩膀攀上高峰。

亲爱的同学，这就是爱因斯坦的“理想论”。那么，年轻的你有过爱因斯坦说的猪栏式梦想吗?你喜欢过安逸的生活吗?你是否一度把单纯快乐的日子看做生活目的呢?……你是否至今还拥抱着梦想，想成为一名人民教师，一位医生，一位军人，一名科学家，一位影视明星呢?
也许，小时候我们不懂什么是理想;也许，长大了的我们，因为认清了更多的现实，被生活挫折过，风雨摧残过，梦想之光开始有些暗淡……但是，这能成为我们退缩的理由吗?这能成为我们龟缩在自己的蜗牛屋里抚慰伤痛，不再奋斗的理由吗?毛主席说：“世界是你们的，也是我们的，但是归根结底是你们的。你们青年人朝气蓬勃，正在兴旺时期，好像早晨八九点钟的太阳。希望寄托在你们身上。”我们，毕竟还只是十七八岁的少男少女，青春正躲在璀璨的莲花上构思我们未来的岁月。有道是：“老骥伏枥，志在千里” 。我们难道还比不上曹操笔下的老马?

my father always stands in the center of my life， from past till now and possibly in the future.
my family was rather poor when i was in my childhood. we didn't have our own house and had to live in a shabby， small room rented from my father's factory. the room was so small that there was little space for people to walk. i didn't have my own bed and had to sleep with my parents. this is terrible both for my parents and me.
but father made this all different!he works very hard on his own business, now we have our own 2 housese,surly,i have my own room.and he take our family so much happiness, richer and richer.
when i was little, i did everything with my dad. you could always find me sitting on his knee or walking and doing everything with him. every night he would read me a bed time story and make the voices of each character.
i learnt a lot from my daddy. i learnt to never take things to seriously and to always smile.
like many other fathers, my dad and i also has generation gap. he is not good at or even can’t work the computer. so when i sitting at the computer desk,he will say something like ‘you should pay more attention to your study’, ‘don’t waste time on the computer games’ , ‘it will be bad for your eyes’ and so on. how can i- a computer fan – reduce time on computer? so i continue studying and playing on it
years pasted, my father is over 45 now. it is time for me to look after him and i am sure i will do and we will live an even better life. and i will say,i really love you dad,cause you are the hero in my mind.

Today I would like to begin with a story. There was once a physical therapist who traveled all the way from America to Africa to do a census about mountain gorillas. These gorillas are a main attraction to tourists from all over the world; this put them severely under threat of poaching and being put into the zoo. She went there out of curiosity, but what she saw strengthened her determination to devote her whole life to fighting for those beautiful creatures. She witnessed a scene, a scene taking us to a place we never imaged we've ever been, where in the very depth of the African rainforest, surrounded by trees, flowers and butterflies, the mother gorillas cuddled their babies.
Yes, that's a memorable scene in one of my favorite movies, called Gorillas in the Mist, based on a true story of Mrs. Diana Fossey, who spent most of her lifetime in Rwanda to protect the ecoenvironment there until the very end of her life.
To me, the movie not only presents an unforgettable scene but also acts as a timeless reminder that we should not develop the tourist industry at the cost of our eco-environment.
Today, we live in a world of prosperity but still threatened by so many new problems. On the one hand, tourism, as one of the most promising industries in the 21st century, provides people with the great opportunity to see everything there is to see and to go any place there is to go. It has become a lifestyle for some people, and has turned out to be the driving force in GDP growth. It has the magic to turn a backward town into a wonderland of prosperity. But on the other hand, many problems can occur – natural scenes aren't natural anymore. Deforestation to heat lodges are devastating Nepal. Oil spills from tourist boats are polluting Antarctica. Tribal people are forsaking their native music and dress to listen to U2 on Walkman and wear Nike and Reeboks.
All these appalling facts have brought us to the realization that we can no longer stand by and do nothing, because the very thought of it has been eroding our resources. Encouragingly, the explosive growth of global travel has put tourism again in the spotlight, which is why the United Nations has made 20xx the year of ecotourism, for the first time to bring to the world's attention the benefits of tourism, but also its capacity to destroy our ecoenvironment.
Now every year, many local ecoenvironmental protection organizations are receiving donations – big notes, small notes or even coins – from housewives, plumbers, ambulance drivers, salesmen, teachers, children and invalids. Some of them cannot afford to send the money but they do. These are the ones who drive the cabs, who nurse in hospitals, who are suffering from ecological damage in their neighborhood. Why? Because they care. Because they still want their Mother Nature back. Because they know it still belongs to them.
This kind of feeling that I have, ladies and gentlemen, is when it feels like it, smells like it, and looks like it , it's all coming from a scene to be remembered, a scene to recall and to cherish.
The other night, as I saw the moon linger over the land and before it was sent into the invisible, my mind was filled with songs. I found myself humming softly, not to the music, but to something else, someplace else, a place remembered, a place untouched, a field of grass where no one seemed to have been except the deer.
And no matter who we are, what we do and where we go, in our minds, there's always a scene to remember, a scene worth our effort to protect it and fight for it.

Life is a box of chocolate,you never know what you will get. Forrest Gump made no decision by and for himself but he accomplished great success with his strong will in the process. The process is not the road itself but the attitudes and feelings ,the caution, courage and persistance we have as we encounter new experience and unexpected obstacles. Take myself as an example, I changed my major when I became a postgraduate. After the choice,days have been harsh for me.I cannot understand the new lessons at all. For they are closely related to mathmatics which I learned nothing about before. However wuth the belief that this is the great chance for me to experience new ideas and challenge myself,I persisted. I asked for help from every channel and reorgonized my life. Gradually I could understand some parts and even found maths interesting.Moreover, I learned to act instead of complaining. In retrospect,the choice left no trace in my mind but the happiness and bitterness of the past four months becomes an unforgetable experience in my life.

大家好！
我是红星小学的李玉莲，今天我演讲的题目是《我们不一样，我们都很精彩！》
前段时间，我看到一则公益广告。你砍掉了孩子的翅膀，却责怪他没有飞起来。这对我触动很深，在以前的美术课上我不正是要求孩子们按部就班。他们画画时，要求先用铅笔，然后用铅笔画轮廓，最后再画颜色。
这样，每节课下来他们的画千篇一律，都很精致。然而，没有人的画有特别的吸引力。直到整个教师培训课程的开始和整个课程的讲解我才明白。什么叫真正的美术课堂。
艺术不是限制孩子的自由，而是让他们发挥无限的想象力。事后，你会得到意外的惊喜
一年级美术课最头疼的是各种美术工具的第一次使用，因为孩子们还小，需要老师讲解如何使用？有一门艺术课需要水粉画。专业老师都知道水粉颜料需要配合水，颜料以及水粉笔，调色盘等这些工具配合使用，有一位小朋友他只带了一盒水粉颜料，我说：
“你怎么能只带水粉颜料，其他辅助工具呢？”他低头说：“老师，我忘带了……”“我看你怎么用它画画！
”说完，我再没理他，走过去教其他同学画水粉画。直到下课，美术课代表在收作业的时候跑过来跟我说:“老师，老师毛云天的作品怎么收呀，您看他的颜料都没干呢！
”我不耐烦的随即瞟了一眼他的作品，我突然睁大眼睛惊呆了，妈呀！他没有用水粉和其他工具，而是把颜料挤在纸上，画了一幅立体画。这事要搁在以前，我绝对会大发雷霆：
哪个老师叫你这样用水粉？但反过来想：我们整个课程教学就是要培养人的全面发展，敢于挑战自我，勇于创新。
我不禁佩服这位同学。我钦佩他勇于创新、不受他人束缚的勇气。也许，他只是偶然产生的这种想法，直接将水粉颜料挤到画纸上，从来没想过这样作画会产生什么效果？颜料要多久才能干？
这样做的后果是什么？会不会受到老师责罚？但他的结果是好的。他把原来的平面水粉画变成了立体水粉画，这是班上最独特的水粉画。
于是，我向他投入赞许和鼓励的目光，并将他的作品拿回办公室，放在窗台上晾干，足足晾了两天，他画上的颜料才干。
课后，想想自己在传统美术课的教学，再想想全课程理念下的美术教学，我对自己的教学方法以及对学生作品的评价观念进行了改进。在以后的美术课上，我不再单独要求学生上这门美术课，只能用油画棒或水彩笔来作画。同一件美术作品可以采用不同的材料和工具去完成，每次画的画也不一定要涂上漂亮的鲜艳的色彩，有时，单一色的铅笔线也很有素描得感觉，如果上色就破坏了原有的意境。
传统的美术课关注的是孩子画的像不像。我的美术课不要求孩子们按照逻辑画画，不像绘画。我不认为这是一个追求独特创造和个性的过程。这样一个过程就是一个人综合素质的形成过程。
经过一段时间的专业训练，谁都可以画得很像，但是，从像到不像却并不简单，我要让孩子会想象，会创造，会享受创造带来的快乐。不是画太阳总是挂在左上角，而是画云是一排排的。不是的，我要让每个一个独一无二的自己出来，每一个独一无二的他出来。
在我的课堂上，作品提前完成了的同学我会让他拿出自己的画画本，自由创作作画，结果我看到这样一幅画，令我惊讶不已：一张画纸上有两座高低不一样的两栋楼房，楼房中间是一座桥，桥下面还有一条清澈的瀑布，天空中有太阳，月亮，星星，彩虹，乍一看，画面很美，再一看，让我充满了疑惑：太阳，月亮，星星，彩虹，怎么能同时出现在同一个时空呢？
但是，我没有发出声音，只是静静地看着。这时，那个孩子拉着我的衣角说:“老师，你不懂我的画吧！
我来给你讲讲吧……”他说：“今天是国庆节，所有人都在庆祝，高楼里面全是大人，小孩子全在低楼里。大家都很高兴。你看，连警车都来参加聚会了。
桥上有好多人在两栋楼之间穿梭，当楼房的地下室门一开，瀑布也会停止流水桥下就成了游戏池，很多人就在里面做游戏。这时，天上的太阳，月亮，星星，彩虹也很羡慕，他们也赶来参加晚会，星星还和月亮玩儿游戏呢，他们在玩儿捉迷藏。结果，月亮把所有的星星都找出来了……”看着这幅充满童趣的画，我心里充满了震撼：
尽管如此，这幅画在成年人眼中是多么荒谬！有太阳，月亮，星星和彩虹。多种不可能同时出现在同一时空的东西，如今却出现在同一时空，多么不可思议！
然而，在孩子的眼里，幸福可以把一切联系在一起。只要他认为可以，它就可以付诸行动。这就是艺术，这就是生活情趣，这就是孩子的想象力，没有受到“污染”的想象力。这种想像能使孩子的思维更加活跃。只要稍加指导，孩子们的无限潜能就可以得到发展。
可是，如果此时你告诉他，太阳，月亮，星星，彩虹，是不可能同时出现的，这样画是不符合逻辑的，而因此来否决他的画，也许以后，他就不会再有如此富有创意的想象力了，就再也画不出这么富有童趣的画了。
作为一个教育者，深知要保护好孩子的这种无“污染”的想象力很难，但我想：至少，在全课程的美术课上，让孩子的想象力受到的“污染”越少越好吧！让他们自由自在、快乐地走完全程。虽然我们不一样，但我们都很精彩！
